About Cliff Ravenscraft
In January 2008, I embarked on a life-altering journey. I bid farewell to a lucrative career as an independent insurance agent in a family-run agency that was started by my grandfather in 1937. Despite being next in line to take over the agency from my father, I pursued my entrepreneurial spirit to launch a coaching business.
My first year as a self-employed coach was the most challenging experience of my life. I worked around the clock, only made $11,000 net personal income, and ended up in the hospital where I almost died.
From Burnout to Prosperity:
I used to be stuck in a cycle of burnout and overwhelm when it came to the marketing of my coaching business. I spent countless hours designing sales pages and creating content with calls to action that produced just enough clients to barely make ends meet financially. Eventually, I became proficient at using traditional online marketing methods and began to see significant financial results. However, I must admit, I never truly enjoyed creating automated marketing pipelines. I had a strong desire to build my business in a way that aligned with my wish to simply serve people. Everything changed when I discovered a breakthrough that transformed my coaching business.
The Breakthrough That Changed Everything
My moment of breakthrough came when I read the book "The Prosperous Coach" by Rich Litvin and Steve Chandler. It challenged the traditional methods of building a coaching business and suggested that I could have a prosperous coaching business without a website, mailing list, or podcast. Instead, it emphasized the power of invitation and referral-only strategies. Intrigued by this idea, I decided to put it into action and witnessed a radical transformation in my business.
As an online business owner, I have generated millions of dollars through online course sales, physical products, one-off training tutorials, paid webinars, public speaking, in-person workshops, conferences, paid mastermind groups, one-on-one coaching and several other streams of income.
I’m now experiencing greater fulfillment and profitability than I ever dreamed imaginable.

Despite being a group format, every effort is made to ensure personal challenges are addressed, fostering an environment of tailored support and growth.
- Our sessions are hosted every Wednesday afternoon from 3 PM Eastern Time, lasting between 60 to 90 minutes.
- Some meetings start with a 20 to 30-minute training on a specific topic, followed by a Q&A session. Other meetings are entirely dedicated to answering questions in a round-robin format, similar to an 'ask me anything' style session. All questions are related to the business of coaching.
What if I can't make the meeting(s)?
- One of the unique features of the next level coaching program is that every meeting is 100% optional. You don't have to attend any of the live weekly sessions.
