Cliff Ravenscraft is a Master Business Strategy & Mindset Coach, mastermind facilitator, mentor, and speaker. For more than two decades, he has helped people navigate important decisions about their work, their businesses, and the lives they want to lead.
Today, much of Cliff's private coaching work centers on accomplished business owners, founders, creators, and leaders who have already built something significant.
Their businesses have grown, their opportunities have expanded, and their responsibilities have become more complex. Some are deciding where to focus their energy. Others are finding a new way to lead, exploring the next expression of their work, or reconsidering how their businesses fit into the lives they want to create.
Cliff has developed a reputation for helping people see things about themselves, their businesses, and their circumstances that can be difficult to recognize from their own perspective.
He listens closely, recognizes patterns, asks thoughtful and sometimes challenging questions, and brings the perspective that comes from years of building businesses and working alongside other entrepreneurs. His coaching helps people examine their assumptions, clarify what matters most, make important decisions, and move forward with a greater sense of purpose and direction.
The journey that led Cliff to this work began in his family's insurance agency.
In 2005, while working in the business his grandfather founded in 1937, Cliff discovered podcasting. He fell in love with the medium and began sharing stories, experiences, and insights from his own life. His podcasts quickly attracted an audience, and he began receiving opportunities to help others create and launch their own shows.
In January 2008, Cliff made the decision to leave the family insurance agency and pursue his online business full-time.
His first year of self-employment was challenging. He earned approximately $11,000, worked nearly around the clock, and eventually experienced a health scare that landed him in the hospital.
That season led Cliff into a deeper exploration of personal development, mindset, business strategy, identity, purpose, and the relationship between professional success and personal fulfillment.
Over the following years, Cliff became widely known as the Podcast Answer Man and one of the most respected educators in the early podcasting industry.
Through courses, consulting, workshops, coaching, and live events, he helped more than 40,000 people launch podcasts and share their messages with the world. He has personally produced more than 5,000 podcast episodes across more than 50 shows.
His work in podcasting also opened the door to coaching, mentoring, and building relationships with some of the most influential entrepreneurs in the online business world, including Pat Flynn, Amy Porterfield, Michael Hyatt, John Lee Dumas, and many others.
As these relationships developed, the conversations Cliff was having with entrepreneurs began reaching into increasingly important areas of their businesses and lives.
Clients were bringing him decisions about their direction, their leadership, their relationships, their confidence, and the responsibilities they had taken on as their businesses grew.
Cliff found tremendous fulfillment in helping people work through these conversations. Over time, business strategy and mindset coaching became the primary focus of his professional life.
His experience also deepened his appreciation for the role that meaningful relationships play in the entrepreneurial journey. Since 2010, Cliff has facilitated a weekly mastermind group with accomplished entrepreneurs who have challenged, supported, and helped one another navigate the changing seasons of their businesses and lives.
That experience continues to influence the environments he creates for his own clients.
Today, Cliff works with entrepreneurs through private coaching, mastermind groups, speaking, and strategic conversations. He creates environments where people can openly explore the decisions they're facing, receive honest reflection, challenge their thinking, and gain the perspective needed to move forward.
For Cliff, the work is deeply personal. He understands what it means to build a business, navigate uncertainty, change direction, and reconsider what success looks like during different seasons of life.
He brings that experience into every coaching relationship with a genuine desire to help people see more clearly, make decisions they believe in, and create lives and businesses that reflect what matters most to them.
Cliff works with accomplished founders, business owners, creators, and leaders who have already built something significant and are navigating important decisions about what comes next.
Cliff has developed a remarkable ability to listen closely, recognize patterns, and ask thoughtful questions that help people see their circumstances from a fresh perspective.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience helping people navigate important decisions, he helps entrepreneurs examine the assumptions influencing their thinking, recognize possibilities they may have overlooked, and gain greater clarity about the direction they want to pursue.
Some of his most meaningful coaching conversations involve helping accomplished people recognize which opportunities deserve their attention, which responsibilities they are ready to release, and what they genuinely want to create in the next chapter of their lives.
Through private one-on-one coaching and facilitated mastermind groups, Cliff creates environments where entrepreneurs can have honest, thoughtful conversations about the decisions they're facing.
These conversations often explore business strategy, leadership, personal and professional growth, changing priorities, and the relationship between business success and personal fulfillment.
Cliff brings his experience, curiosity, and perspective to each conversation, helping clients clarify their desired outcomes, consider their options, challenge their assumptions, and identify meaningful next steps.
His clients are active participants in the process, bringing their own experience, wisdom, and commitment to creating the future they envision.

Michael Hyatt has been both a close, personal, friend and a mentor ever since he hired me to help him launch his first podcast in January 2012. I have had the distinct honor of speaking at every one of his Platform Conference events that was based upon his New York Times Bestseller, Platform: Getting Noticed In A Noisy World.
In one of Michael's guest appearances on The Cliff Ravenscraft Show, he said, "Well I told you before. This is why I listen to your podcast. I listen to you because I like the way that you think about life, how you approach the problems you're trying to solve and just your voice. So you can talk about anything and I'd be interested."
Pat Flynn and I started working together back in July 2010. Realizing that we shared many common values in life and business, we made the decision to launch a mastermind group which is, today, called The Green Room Mastermind. Pat and I have been meeting together on a weekly basis since October 2010.
Pat shared... “Cliff, by far, has been the biggest influence on me and my career. I had struggled so much to put my voice into the world. I finally connected with Cliff and he got me going down the right path to make it happen. I only wish I worked with him sooner.”
Amy Porterfield and I became friends as the result of sharing a number of stages at high profile conferences in the Entrepreneurial space. When Amy decided to launch her Online Marketing Made Easy podcast, she hired me to help her get started.
“When I wanted to start a podcast, I knew I would need a lot of help. Cliff was my go to guy from the start. I had no idea what I was doing, or how to do it. Cliff taught me the nuances of creating a show that would be successful. I’m happy to say that my show now has over 60 Million downloads and I would not have been able to achieve that had Cliff not been my guide from the very beginning!”
John Lee Dumas had a crazy dream of launching a "daily" podcast for entrepreneurs. In May 2012, he joined one of my paid mastermind groups. Over that year, I shared everything I knew about building a powerful network that would allow you to accomplish the seemingly impossible.
In a hand written thank you note, John wrote the following: "Cliff, I wanted to take the time to thank you the old fashioned way. Your kindness, guidance, and friendship has helped to guide Entrepreneur On Fire from a spark of an idea into the roaring passion I am proud to call a business today."
